- Inform: Our company realizes that information is paramount in maintaining your overall peace of mind. Therefore, after completely understanding the project at hand, a personalized packet is developed which describes exactly what is entailed in creating your future investment. It includes before pictures, a time chart, a full list of included items, optional products, and a payment schedule. By doing so, this allows you to completely comprehend the project as a whole before it ever begins. Furthermore, throughout our time together, we will have scheduled meetings to discuss various aspects of the endeavor. These will serve as a two way street, giving us the opportunity to explain the "why" of construction while simultaneously gathering valuable insight into your personal taste.
- Execute: From day one through the final inspection, our company focuses on getting the job done right. However, this goes much deeper than simply fine craftsmanship. It involves attention to limiting your discomfort in the construction process by ensuring proper project management. The result is quality; not only in the product we produce, but also in the way you live while we create it.
- Clean: Aspire believes that both our crew and our clients can relate to the notion, “a clean work space is a happy work space.” By keeping the project as neat as possible, it allows us to both efficiently and effectively work in the limited job site space available, while also keeping the disruption of your day to day life to a minimum. Furthermore, at the end of the project, it is made sure that the construction site is left as clean, if not cleaner, than when we arrived on day one.
Founder
Founder Brett Prime brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the world of construction. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with degrees in Marketing and Management from Loyola University's Sellinger School of Business, Brett set out to change the way contracting was done. With a vision that it can be an enjoyable experience, he has continued to push the boundaries of superior client relations. However, it did not stop there. Over the past 15 years he has pushed his company to excel by introducing unique, innovative, and creative ways to produce superior products. This all is driven by his belief that there are two components to quality construction: 1) the craftsmanship 2) the lives of those affected during its creation. The two are never mutually exclusive.
